This course will give you the tools to work with Kundalini Yoga with each of your chakras.

What is included?

You will receive 8 videos one for each of the chakras and the arcline.

Each video is 1.5 hours long and includes: movement, breathwork, mantra, and education about what kundalini yoga is and how it works.


This course is for a brand new beginner to advanced practitioner.

No prior experience is required.

My name is Erin McGuire and I have been a yoga instructor in both Kundalini and Hatha/Vinyasa yoga for over 12 years now.


Kundalini yoga is what started me on my path to awakening and after practicing for about 6 months very intensely, I had a kundalini awakening while on a yoga retreat in Bali.


It changed my life.

I never intended to teach Kundalini Yoga, but it pursued me you could say.

These practices shifted me into all that I do today and helped me unravel so much that was stuck in my body and mind.
