I am Erin Your Nervous System Coach and Energy Healer.

I grew up in a trauma filled home with an alcoholic mom, who was verbally and emotionally abusive and I never met my dad.

This lead to some really messed up belief systems that I held, not to mention a dysregulated brain and nervous system that showed up like a lot of anxiety.


I am also a highly sensitive person and empath, which only led to more anxiety.


My brain and body were always on high alert for danger, because I grew up in an environment that was completely unpredictable.

This made my body turn on my fight/flight/freeze/fawn stress responses and they never really turned off.

Our bodies are not meant to live in these states, so eventually that caught up to me and I burned out.

  • At 35 I had adrenal fatigue.
  • At 40 I had hormonal imbalances + no libido, because my testosterone was down to 11
  • I had chronic fatigue for years (we are talking dead tired, no motivation, just a walking zombie)
  • I was also diagnosed with hypothyroidism + got put on thyroid meds
  • I was obsessed with changing my diet every other week to try to heal my chronic fatigue, which became exhausting in itself.
  • I spent thousands of dollars on the latest supplement to help chronic fatigue.
  • I felt like something was wrong with me, which affected my confidence, self-esteem and self worth
  • I isolated myself, because I was afraid I wasn't any fun because of my fatigue.

I had completely lost myself.

I felt numb and my doctor wanted to put me on antidepressants, but I knew that was not my issue.

No doctor could really figure out what was wrong with me though, even after going on thyroid meds, my symptoms didn't change.

Then came somatic work, the book Your Body Keeps the Score followed by nervous system healing.

I learned that my body isn't meant to live in chronic states of stress and that childhood trauma is linked to autoimmune disorders, sleep disturbances, hormonal issues, chronic fatigue and pain + more.

A light turned on for me.


What I was dealing with was the issues (trauma) held in my tissues.

I began nervous system healing and somatic work and my health, business, relationships and love for myself changed.

  • Get off of my thyroid medications
  • My sleep improved drastically
  • My libido came back
  • I feel more joy and peace than I have felt in a long time
  • My business really started blowing up (because I was no longer feeling threatened in my nervous system by all the triggers that come with growing a business)
  • My relationships improved, because I stopped being so reactive and controlling all the time.
  • I feel more free and more me


This isn't magical thinking, or trying to manifest these things (although I love them both!).

This is the by-product of healing trauma stuck in my body and showing my nervous system that I am safe.
